In Power and Purpose
Hello blessed people,
I am Shaunna [aka Shaye, to those near and dear],
your personal development and relationship coach.
When asked about my “gift to the world,” I had to stop and really think about that. I don’t know that I have ever said I was a gift to anyone or anything. My life’s work is all about helping you realize your own personal power and celebrating the gift that is YOU, so perhaps that's it; helping you get back to you, living in your personal truth, and operating from your personal power. I am who I am simply because of a faith that will not give up. I recognize that my power comes from my Creator who gives grace and mercy to me to persevere through setbacks, heartbreak, uncertainty, and wellness struggles.

Short-term homelessness after ending a relationship drives my passion for housing the working and hidden homeless. Teaching in schools where children don't eat if not in school - drives my passion for feeding America’s children. Struggling with depression and hopelessness drives my passion for preventing suicide, and giving hope to the hopeless. Through it all, and on the better side of it all, I embarked on a journey that twisted and turned into entrepreneurship, authorship, and founding this version of personal ministry. I continue striving to help people pave paths between personal wellness and fulfilling personal destiny. My work in positive youth development taught me the value of maintaining a growth mindset. The work is challenging and fulfilling for me as I teach the importance of vitality and fortitude with a trauma – informed foundation.
My Vision
My vision is simple: to help people tap into their empowerment to live healthy, productive, and peaceful lives. Everything that has helped me become who I am is IN POWER AND PURPOSE. My programs are not just personal reflections, but opportunities to be transformed by renewing our minds and embracing purpose. I strive to exhort (encourage), educate, and to inspire life-long learning, progress, and successes.
I believe that everyone needs help and hope sometimes and deserves the benefit of basic human rights. I offer support, encouragement, and a safe, inclusive place to find guidance to begin feeling at peace with oneself, valued, accepted, confident, and empowered to pursue dreams and live well.

It is not for just one person to make all the difference in the world, it is a collective energy that makes a global impact. I will not invite you to link arms and sing songs, but I am inviting you to stand beside me as I stand by you, walk with me as I walk with you, and support the effort of helping one more individual or family rise above their challenges and thrive.
